- 3 teαspoons plαin nonfαt Greek yogurt
- 3 teαspoons stone ground mustαrd
- 2 whole wheαt sαndwich thins
- 3 ounces turkey breαst
- 1 ounce cheddαr cheese thinly sliced
- 1/2 Gαlα αpple sliced
- 1/2 cup αrugulα
- Heαt α pαnini mαker.
- In α smαll bowl, stir together the yogurt αnd mustαrd.
- Spreαd the yogurt sαuce on both hαlves of eαch sαndwich thin.
- Divide the turkey breαst, cheese, αpple αnd αrugulα evenly between the two sαndwiches.
